Subscription plans are available starting at $49 per month. Available hardware to complete the packages are:

  • Receipt Printers
  • EMV Pin Pad
  • Emv wireless pay at the table
  • Ipad or tablet
  • Cash drawers
  • Kitchen monitor systems

DCS offers complete POS Installation services and system networking. We offer staff training, menu programming and onsite support if needed. All systems are set up with remote support capabilities as well.

All new Restaurant Manager Systems are covered by a one year support plan which includes:

  • Free RM Monitor Service with any support plan.

Upon expiration, customers may choose from a variety of support plan options as detailed below:

1) Standard: Software Annual Support Plans + Remote Support Plan -

The Standard plan includes the Basic support plan enhanced with remote support (phone and internet). Additional support is available and may be purchased at the hourly rate. Please refer to the attached Annual Support Plans chart for details and comparisons.

2) Premium: Comprehensive Plan - TBD / #Stations - Our Most Popular Plan!

The Premium plan includes the Standard plan enhanced with hardware support. The Premium plan includes additional benefits such as onsite support, hardware repair, loaner equipment to name a few! Remote support (phone and internet) is available when you need it most and is included with this plan. Onsite emergency support (night, weekends and holidays) is available at a drastically reduced rate! Please refer to the attached Annual Support Plans chart for details and comparisons.
